monday,nothing much.

gym-ed.

omg...

e guy trainer wanna kill me.

1shot do 50times of everything.

plus e rest,he gave,

is less den 1min each lah!

my legs went jelly after doing all the leg weights.

then,it was hand weights.

&den poison ball+sit-ups.

surprisingly,

no muscle aches till now.

only tired of eating,

when i only have dinner as my 1st meal.

Christmas eve was great!
